1. Data controller

The data controller is Valuemate s.r.l., registered office at Corso Re Umberto 65, 10128 Turin (TO), Italy, VAT 12682690016. For any request regarding personal data you can write to info@valuemate.it.

2. Types of data processed

Depending on how you interact with the site, we may process:

• Navigation data: IP addresses, browser type, operating system, pages visited, collected automatically for the operation of the site and, where consented, for statistical purposes.
• Data provided voluntarily: name, email and message content submitted through contact forms or by writing to the published addresses.
• Application data: CV and information sent to the recruiting mailbox.

4. Data retention

Data is kept for the time strictly necessary for the stated purposes: contact data for the duration of the relationship and subsequent obligations. For application data we distinguish two cases: for an unsolicited application, the retention period is 6 months; for a response to a specific job posting, data may be kept for the entire duration of the selection process and for the following 24 months, in order to consider the candidate for similar future positions. Statistical data is kept in aggregated form according to the analytics tool used.

5. Recipients

Data may be processed by authorised personnel and by suppliers acting as data processors, including in particular: Aruba S.p.A. and Wix.com Ltd for website hosting services; Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC for the email service (Google Workspace) and for Google Analytics 4 statistics. The updated and complete list of data processors is available on request. No data dissemination is foreseen.

6. Transfers outside the EU

The use of services provided by Google (Google Workspace and Google Analytics 4), of Wix.com Ltd for hosting and of fonts served via CDN may involve a transfer of data to the United States. The relevant providers adhere to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; where applicable, the transfer is also covered by standard contractual clauses under Chapter V of the GDPR. IP address anonymisation is enabled on Google Analytics.

7. Your rights

At any time you can exercise the rights under Articles 15-22 of the GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. Requests should be sent to info@valuemate.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
