The tools published in AI-LAB are demonstrative and exploratory projects, developed to show what can be built by conversing with Artificial Intelligence models. They are not part of Valuemate S.r.l.'s commercial service portfolio and are not subject to the same levels of warranty, support or maintenance as the company's managed services.
By using a tool in the AI-LAB section, the user fully accepts these terms, in addition to the general Terms of Use of the site. If you do not wish to accept them, please do not use the tool.
Tools that involve uploading a file (for example an XML document, an image or text) process data exclusively within the user's browser, via JavaScript running locally. No uploaded file is ever sent, saved or transmitted to Valuemate's servers or those of third parties. Closing or reloading the page causes all processed data to be lost and unrecoverable.
The tools are provided "as is", with no warranty of accuracy, completeness or reliability of the results produced. Being demonstrative projects, they may contain processing errors, approximations or unexpected behaviour. Valuemate does not guarantee that results comply with regulatory, accounting, tax or other standards, even when a tool references specific formats or regulations (for example, Public Administration documents).
Results produced by AI-LAB tools must not be used as the sole basis for professional, accounting, legal or other binding decisions. Every output should always be verified by the user before any operational use. For genuine professional needs, Valuemate offers dedicated services through its official commercial channels.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Valuemate shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use, inability to use, or results produced by AI-LAB tools, including, without limitation, data loss, business interruption, or decisions made based on the results obtained.
The source code, interface and operating logic of each tool are owned by Valuemate S.r.l. or used under licence. Personal use of the tools through the website is permitted; reproduction, redistribution or extraction of the source code without Valuemate's prior written consent is not permitted.
Valuemate reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and to temporarily suspend or permanently remove one or more AI-LAB tools without notice, as these are experimental projects not subject to service continuity commitments.
