To deliver services that are ever more reliable, secure and sustainable, we have begun a structured programme of organisational alignment. The certification audit is scheduled for February 2027.

four standards, one management system

The four standards we have chosen are not four separate obligations. They share the high-level structure set out in Annex SL, so context analysis, risk assessment, measurable objectives, internal audits and management review are designed once and serve all of them. That is why we chose an integrated programme rather than four separate processes at different times.

For a client this means something concrete: the same processes with which we manage service quality also govern the security of their information, the environmental impact of our activities and the safety of the people working on their infrastructure.

what we certify and what changes for you

ISO 9001

Quality management system

It defines how business processes are designed, measured and improved. For the client it means documented delivery methods, tracked service indicators and a formal mechanism for handling complaints and non-conformities, with verifiable corrective actions.

ISO/IEC 27001

Information security

It governs the protection of the data we process on behalf of clients: risk analysis, access control, incident management, business continuity and supplier relationships. It is the standard of most direct interest to anyone entrusting us with infrastructure and data, and it is frequently required in vendor qualification questionnaires.

ISO 14001

Environmental management

It measures and reduces the environmental impact of our activities, from the energy consumption of our offices to waste and end-of-life management of equipment. It requires identifying significant environmental aspects, setting measurable improvement objectives and verifying that they are met, using the same audit and review mechanisms as the other standards.

ISO 45001

Occupational health and safety

It structures the protection of our people, including work carried out at client sites: risk assessment, training, equipment, near-miss management. For anyone hosting us on site or in a machine room, it is the assurance that our technicians work to verified procedures.

from the initial analysis to the certification audit

Six stages, one documentation structure covering all four standards. The first three build the management system, the last three verify it.

Gap analysis, April 2026. A snapshot of the starting point against the requirements of the four standards, with the list of gaps to close.

Management system, May–July 2026. Drafting of policies, procedures and records, with a documentation structure shared across the four standards.

Training and rollout, August–September 2026. The procedures enter service and people are trained on their respective roles, because a management system can only be certified if it is genuinely applied.

Internal audit, October 2026. A verification run internally across all processes, to surface non-conformities before the external body does.

Management review and corrective actions, November 2026–January 2027. Management assesses the results, assigns corrective actions and verifies their closure.

Certification audit, February 2027. Assessment by an independent accredited body. The outcome rests with that body: our commitment concerns completing the programme on schedule.
